Busbar block for connecting breaker terminals of the same phase phase-by-phase in an electrical distribution board Abstract A busbar block , which is used for connecting breaker terminals of the same phase of switching devices phase-by-phase in an electrical distribution board, has a multi-chamber insulating section , in the cross- sectionally U-shaped chambers of which in each case one power busbar is inserted. The power busbars have lugs which protrude from the multi-chamber insulating section and can be connected to the switching devices. To increase the spacings, particularly the creepage distances between the busbars , two of the chambers (first chambers ) are open in one direction and the intermediately located second chamber is open in the opposite direction, the first chambers open in one direction taking between them the second chamber open in the opposite direction. The lugs of the power busbar located in the second chamber protrude through slots in the bottom section from the second chamber and point in the same direction as the lugs , the free ends of all lugs being located on one line.
