A dressing tool for opening the abdomen and diaphragm of slaughtered animals comprises a knife (1) that extends like a bridge (4) between two short, substantially cylindrical pieces of tube (2) through which two fingers can be passed in order to hold the tool during use. The short pieces of tube (2) and the bridge (4) therebetween may be made of plastic and the knife (1) is then embedded in the bridge (4), with only the knife edge exposed. The short pieces of tube (2) may have longitudinal slits (3) and/or be slightly conical. The edge of the knife (1) expediently extends along the whole edge of the bridge (4) from one of the short pieces of tube (2) to the other.
L'invention concerne un outil pour tailler destiné à ouvrir l'abdomen et le diaphragme d'animaux abattus consistant en un couteau (1) s'étendant comme un pont (4) entre deux éléments de tube (2) courts, sensiblement cylindriques à travers lesquels deux doigts peuvent être glissés afin de tenir l'outil pendant son utilisation. Les éléments de tube (2) courts et le pont (4) situé entre eux peuvent être en plastique. Le couteau (1) est encastré dans le pont (4), avec seulement la lame du couteau exposée. Les éléments de tube (2) courts peuvent comporter des fentes longitudinales (3) et/ou être sensiblement coniques. La lame du couteau (1) s'étend le long du bord du pont (4) à partir d'un des éléments de tube court (2) vers l'autre.
