The invention concerns a butterfly valve for regulating a fluid flow rate in particular the air flow rate of an air distributor in an internal combustion engine fuel injector, and the method for making said valve. Said valve (1) comprises a housing (2) traversed by a conduit (3) circulating the fluid wherein is provided a butterfly induction shutter (4) mounted on a control axis (5) perpendicular to the conduit axis. The invention is characterised in that it comprises a ring (6) coaxial with the conduit and set between the housing (2) and the induction shutter (4), the ring (6) being made of a material with good dimensional stability and the housing being moulded around said ring in a material resistant to the imposed technical constraints and said ring (6) is so arranged that, when the shutter is in closed position, there still is a predetermined clearance between the ring (6) active inner surface (13) and the induction shutter (4) arranged to allow a minimal and time-constant fluid flow rate whatever the variations in humidity or temperature. The invention is applicable to internal combustion engine and any device requiring fluid flow rate regulation.
La présente invention concerne une vanne papillon pour la régulation du débit d'un fluide notamment du débit d'air à l'entrée d'un répartiteur d'air dans un dispositif d'injection de combustible pour un moteur à explosion, ainsi que le procédé de fabrication de cette vanne. Cette vanne (1) comporte un boîtier (2) traversé par un conduit (3) pour la circulation du fluide dans lequel est prévu un volet papillon (4) monté sur un axe de commande (5) perpendiculairement à l'axe du conduit. Elle est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un bague (6) coaxiale au conduit et interposée entre le boîtier (2) et le volet papillon (4), la bague (6) étant réalisée dans une matière présentant une bonne stabilité dimensionnelle et le boîtier (2) étant moulé autour de ladite bague dans une matière résistant aux contraintes techniques imposées et en ce que ladite bague (6) est agencée de telle manière que, quand le volet (4) est en position fermée, il subsiste un jeu déterminé entre la face interne active (13) de la bague (6) et le volet papillon (4) agencé pour autoriser un débit de fluide minimal et constant dans le temps quelles que soient les variations d'humidité et de température. Application: moteur à explosion et tout dispositif nécessitant une régulation de fluides.
