A device (100) for feeding buttons to a sewing position is disclosed. The device (100) centers the buttons and adjusts the width and height of a button feeding passage in accordance with the dimension of the buttons to be conveyed by a conveyor belt (10), thus appropriately arranging the buttons on garments at the sewing position. The device has two movable guide beds (36, 38) define a b utton guide channel. A height adjusting unit (160) is provided above the button guide channel and is vertically and laterally moved relative to the channel in accordance with the dimension of the buttons, thus adjusting the height of the channel. A width adjusting unit is operated in conjunction with the two guide beds (36, 38) so as to adjust the width of the channel in accordance with a width of the buttons. A centering unit is operated in conjunction with the width adjusting unit so as to center each of the conveyed buttons at an outlet of the channel. A rotatable feeding unit (30, 32) is arranged to be rotatable between the outlet of the channel and the sewing position, thus feeding the centered buttons from the outlet of the channel to the sewing position.
L'invention concerne un dispositif (100) d'alimentation de boutons en position de couture, qui centre les boutons et règle à la fois la largeur et la hauteur d'un passage d'alimentation de boutons, en fonction de la dimension des boutons acheminés sur une bande transporteuse (10), ce qui assure le placement approprié de boutons sur des vêtements, en position de couture. Le dispositif est doté de deux lits de guidage (36, 38) définissant une voie de guidage des boutons. Une unité de réglage de hauteur (160) est placée au-dessus de la voie de guidage, se déplaçant verticalement et latéralement par rapport à la dite voie, selon la taille des boutons, aux fins de réglage de la hauteur de la voie de guidage. Une unité de réglage de largeur est utilisée conjointement avec les deux lits de guidage (36, 38), de manière à régler la largeur de la voie de guidage d'après la largeur des boutons. Une unité de centrage est utilisée conjointement avec l'unité de réglage de la hauteur, de manière à centrer chacun des boutons acheminés, au niveau d'une sortie de la voie de guidage. Une unité d'alimentation rotative (30, 32) est montée rotative entre la sortie de la voie de guidage et la position de couture ce qui, depuis la sortie de la voie de guidage, permet de placer en position de couture les boutons qui ont été centrés.
