ABSTRACT A well tool apparatus comprising a tubular housing having a portion defining at least one bypass port. An outer power mandrel and an operating mandrel are slidably disposed within the tubular housing. The outer power mandrel is axially urged into the oper- ating mandrel. This well tool provides for a fluid bypass in a drill stem testing string.
