The present invention provides compounds for modulating protein kinase enzymatic activity for modulating cellular activities such as proliferation, differentiation, programmed cell death, migration and chemoinvasion. More specifically, the invention provides appropriately functionalized 5,6-fused bicyclics which inhibit, regulate and/or modulate kinase receptor, particularly c-Met, KDR, and flt-3, signal transduction pathways related to the changes in cellular activities as mentioned above, compositions which contain these compounds, and methods of using them to treat kinase-dependent diseases and conditions.
L'invention concerne des composés pour moduler l'activité enzymatique d'une protéine kinase, pour moduler des activités cellulaires, notamment la prolifération, la différenciation, la mort cellulaire programmée, la migration et la chimioinvasion. En particulier, l'invention concerne des substances bicycliques 5,6-fusionnées fonctionnalisées de manière appropriée qui inhibent, régulent et/ou modulent les récepteurs de kinase, en particulier les voies de transduction de signal c-Met, KDR, et flt-3, ces voies étant associées aux changements d'activités cellulaires susmentionnées. L'invention concerne également des compositions contenant ces composés et leurs méthodes d'utilisation pour traiter des maladies et des troubles dépendant de kinases.
