This invention provides a brewing head unit of a coffee machine for easily inserting or removing the filter (15) and locking the filter and the filter holder (17) into the brewing head of a coffee machine to form a water-and pressure tight connection. The filter and the filter holder can be inserted into the coffee machine of the present invention visually. This invention also provides a cabinet filter holder which can be inserted or placed into the brewing head assembly or unit of a coffee machine by sliding the filter holder into the brewing head unit from the front, to or side or by swinging the filter holder, which is movable attached to the brewing head assembly or unit on a pivot, into the coffee machine. This invention further provides a brewing head assembly or unit, wherein the locking mechanism (13, 20) for placing or orienting the filter holder and securing the filter holder to the brewing head assembly or unit is motor-driven. This invention further provides a cabinet filter design wherein the boiler (19) or heating system is separated from the brewing head assembly or unit.
Cette invention concerne une unité tête d'infusion d'une machine à café permettant d'introduire ou d'enlever facilement le filtre (15) et de verrouiller le filtre et le porte-filtre (17) dans la tête d'infusion d'une machine à café afin qu'on obtienne un raccord étanche à l'eau et à la pression. Le filtre et le porte-filtre peuvent être introduits visuellement dans la machine à café de cette invention. Cette invention concerne également un porte-filtre à boîtier pouvant être introduit ou placé dans l'ensemble ou l'unité tête d'infusion d'une machine à café en faisant coulisser le porte-filtre dans l'unité tête d'infusion depuis la partie avant, supérieure ou latérale ou en faisant basculer le porte-filtre, qui est fixé mobile à l'ensemble ou unité tête d'infusion sur un pivot, dans la machine à café. Cette invention concerne également un ensemble ou unité tête d'infusion dont le mécanisme de verrouillage (13, 20) servant à placer ou à orienter le porte-filtre et à fixer le porte-filtre à l'ensemble ou unité tête d'infusion est actionné par un moteur. Cette invention concerne enfin une structure de filtre à boîtier selon laquelle la chaudière (19) ou le système de chauffage est séparé de l'ensemble ou unité tête d'infusion.
