ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention discloses a cabinet-drawer mechanism in which the inside side walls of the cabinet have mounted adjacent thereto track means in a nature of an inwardly open channel. A carriage is designed for rolling movement within the track means confined and supported by the flanges of the channel, and a drawer is designed to rest on the carriage by means of runner flanges along the sides thereof. Further, the carriage is designed so that it comprises two side rails having anti-friction means allowing it to roll within the track means connected by cross-bar members which are removably inserted in slot means at each end so that the carriage can be collapsed and disassembled and reassembled. This non-rigid assembly of the carriage means also allows for self-alignment of the carriage mechanism.
