A dispensing container for materials in a lavatory for example of a vehicle comprises a cabinet defining a hollow interior of a rectangular opening with a front cover panel hinged at a bottom edge so as to cover the opening in a closed position and movable forwardly and downwardly to an open position. The rear surface of the cover panel carries three compartments for dispensing folded towels, wet wipes or towellettes and liquid soap. The fact that the compartments are carried on the rear surface of the front panel ensures that they are held against vibration and there is no relative movement or pinch points between the panel and the containers.
