BP File No. 0445-029 - 11 - ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A "frameless" kitchen cabinet is provided with a door seal by applying to the face edges of the panels from which the carcass of the cabinet is assembled, a sealing strip comprising a co-extrusion of rigid pvc forming a backing member of the strip and flexible pvc forming a sealing member that extends continuously along the outer face of the backing member. The sealing strip is secured to the edges of the panels at high speed using a conventional edge banding machine.
