The flexible support member has oppositely disposed first (222) and second ends (220). The spring has a first end (228) and a second end (230). The first end of the spring is connected to one of the first end and second ends of the flexible support member. The cable assembly includes a sleeve (234) and a cable (232) slidably disposed therein. The sleeve has a first end connected to the second end of the spring. The cable has a first end connected to the other of the first and second ends of the flexible support member.
