ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A cable clamp for use with a spacer damper comprises a clamp body and a keeper which cooperate to define a cable receiving opening. A clasp is pivotally mounted on the body and is swingable to engage the keeper and retain it in a clamping position. A resilient liner is placed in the open- ing for gripping the cable and biases the keeper against the clasp.
