Associated heat melt adhesive 18, 15 melts on heating ? assembly so that the expanding inner member 14 and the ?rinking closure member 27 together with the adhesive form ?cable seal. The outer member 27 may be a band of material ?ch surrounds and is sealed to an accessible body portion on shrinking. Figure 1
