Cable coupling means [10] for a multi core electrical cable is provided which has an end cage assembly [20] forming a plurality of electrical termination recesses [19] arranged symmetrically about ~ longitudinal cable coupling axis for terminal mounting insulators [13] engages captively therein. Terminal pins [11] of respective cable cores extend into open ends of the terminal mounting insulators [13] where they are accessible for making a connection. A housing portion [21] extends rearwardly to a cable end assembly [30] which captively and coaxially supports the electrical cable [51].
