A cable modem with uninterrupted power mainly comprising a housing body which is fitted with a DC power supply on the side thereof to connect to the alternating-current supply and which, at the lower end thereof, is fitted with a groove base on which a plug connector is mounted to join the DC power supply and in which a cable modem with a power plug is installed, and the housing body, at the lower end thereof, is fitted with a insert groove in which two power input connectors are installed to connect to the DC power supply and in which a battery box can be installed which is fitted with two power output connectors corresponding to two power input connectors in the insert groove so that the power can be supplied by the battery box when the DC power supply is interrupted and the cable modem can be still normally operated at the power failure.
