A method for the production of cable sheathing by extrusion and crosslinking of a composition based on a silane-grafted polymer involves: a) mixing the following components: i. a thermoplastic basic polymer or a mixture of thermoplastic basic polymers; ii. a first silane compound; iii. a free-radical generator, b) extruding this mixture over a cable to obtain said sheath, c) crosslinking the resulting sheath. A compound with a secondary amino group is incorporated during the mixing process and crosslinking is carried out in the ambient atmosphere.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une gaine de câble par extrusion et réticulation d'une composition à base d'un polymère greffé silane comprenant les étapes suivantes: a) mélange des composés suivants: i. un polymère de base thermoplastique ou un mélange de polymères de base thermoplastiques ii. un premier composé à base de silane iii. un générateur de radicaux libres b) extrusion dudit mélange sur un câble pour obtenir ladite gaine c) réticulation de ladite gaine. Ce procédé se caractérise par le fait que l'on incorpore au cours du mélange un composé contenant une fonction amine secondaire, et en ce que la réticulation est effectuée à l'atmosphère ambiante.
