The invention concerns a formulation having the property of fixing fats (so as to eliminate from digestion part of the fats ingested during a meal), based on cladodes of cactaceae of the edible type and at least partly non-available. The invention is characterised in that the cactaceae is in the form of powder particles whereof at least 70 wt. % have a size less than 100 µm (sieve-controlled particle size distribution). Advantageously, the inventive particles of cactaceae cladodes are in the form of granules coated with an acid-resistant film soluble in the intestine and/or with prolonged release. The invention also concerns a method for obtaining such a formulation.
L'invention vise une préparation ayant la propriété de fixer les graisses (en vue notamment de soustraire à la digestion une partie des graisses ingérées lors d'un repas), à base de cladodes d'une cactaceae de type comestible et au moins partiellement non assimilable, caractérisée en ce que la cactaceae se présente sous forme d'une poudre de particules dont au moins 70 % en poids on tune taille inférieure à 100 ~m (granulométrie contrôlée par tamisage). Avantageusement et selon l'invention, les particules de cladode de cactacée se présentent sous forme de granulés enrobés d'un film acido-résistant et soluble dans l'intestin et/ou à libération prolongée. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'obtention d'une telle préparation.
