The invention relates to a method based on a CAD-system consisting in producing a skeleton (14) satisfying pre-defined stability specifications on the basis of a positive template. For this purpose, the control surfaces which are calculated on the basis of predetermined co-ordinates of said positive template are represented on an output device together with the modified surface shape of an implant.

L'invention concerne un procédé fondé sur la conception assistée par ordinateur, au moyen duquel un squelette (14), qui remplit des conditions de stabilité pré-allouées, est établi à partir d'un modèle positif. A cet effet, les surfaces de contrôle calculées à partir des coordonnées prédéterminées du modèle positif sont représentées sur un appareil de sortie avec la surface de forme modifiée de l'implant.
