The present invention relates to a cage type cyclone fine screen device, comprising an overflow pipe (2) a feeding section (3), an undersized section (6) and a conical section (7), wherein the configuration of a cage type screen and an integrated cylindrical section are utilised. The way of fixing the cage screen is that the cage screen is fixed by installing the upper and lower flanges onto the upper end opening of the integrated cylindrical section and the upper end opening at the inner ring of the undersized section, resulting in convenience for assembly and disassembly. The device has the advantages of high processing capability, high classification efficiency, compactness, low investment, low power comsumption, and long lifetime of the screen, etc. The equipment is suited for grading and concentrating for aliminium hydroxide and other fine partcles.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de criblage fin de type cyclone comprenant un tube de trop-plein (2), une partie d'alimentation (3), une enveloppe inférieure (6) de cylindre de criblage (5), et une partie conique (7). Le dispositif selon l'invention se caractérise en ce que le cylindre de criblage (5) fait partie intégrante d'une partie cylindrique (4). Une bride supérieure et une bride inférieure du cylindre de criblage (5) sont prévues, respectivement, au niveau d'un obturateur supérieur de la partie (4), et d'un obturateur situé sur un anneau interne de l'enveloppe inférieure (6). Ledit dispositif présente une capacité de criblage de charges importantes, une efficacité très élevée, une structure compacte, un coût de fabrication et une consommation d'énergie faibles, un cylindre (5) facile à monter et à démonter et durable. Il convient au criblage et à la concentration de la soude caustique ou d'autres matériaux à fines particules.
