The present invention relates to calcium L-threonate compound for preventing or treating cartilage related diseases, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same and use of the same. It had been demonstrated by experiments that calcium L-threonate could improve significantly the positive expression percentage of collagen I mRNA in the chondrocyte and osteoblast, improved significantly the positive expression percentage of articular cartilage and epiphyseal cartilage, facilitated the growth of chondrocyte, increased the quantity of bone collagen, promoted the formation of bone and cartilage matrix and the synthesis of proteoglycan. It could also promote the formation of bone nourishing blood vessels and improve the microcirculation of bone.
L'invention concerne un composé au L-thréonate de calcium pour la prévention ou le traitement des maladies liées au cartilage, ainsi qu'une composition pharmaceutique à base de ce composé et son utilisation. Des expériences ont permis d'établir que le L-thréonate de calcium pouvait améliorer considérablement le pourcentage d'expression positive de l'ARNm du collagène I dans le chondrocyte et l'ostéoblaste, ainsi que le pourcentage d'expression positive du cartilage articulaire et du cartilage de conjugaison, mais aussi qu'il facilitait la croissance du chondrocyte, augmentait la quantité de collagène dans l'os, favorisait la formation de la matrice osseuse et cartilagineuse et la synthèse du protéoglycane, et enfin qu'il pouvait favoriser la formation des vaisseaux sanguins nourrissant les os et améliorer la microcirculation dans les os.
