A calcium-rich powder possessing therapeutic properties produced by washing and sterilising the shells of molluscs taken from an uncontaminated marine environment, heating said washed and sterilised shells to a temperature of between 1000°C and 2000°C for a period of at least 10 hours, reducing the temperature of the resultant material to room ambient temperature over a period of at least 24 hours, and then crushing said resultant material to a fine powder.
L'invention porte sur une poudre riche en calcium possédant des propriétés thérapeutiques et obtenue par le lavage et la stérilisation des coquilles de mollusques prélevées dans un environnement marin non pollué, le chauffage desdites coquilles lavées et stérilisées à une température se situant entre 1 000 °C et 2 000 °C pendant une période d'au moins 10 heures, la réduction de la température de la matière résultante jusqu'à la température ambiante sur une période d'au moins 24 heures, puis le broyage de ladite matière résultante en une poudre fine.
