The invention relates to a device for calibrating extruded continuous profiles, especially tubes, comprising a calibration opening (11) that is formed by a plurality of circumferentially disposed segments (18), the inner surfaces of which jointly form the calibration opening (11). Each of the individual segments (18) includes a segment body (50). The segment bodies (50) are received in a substantially circular manner inside a housing (12, 14) such that axially adjacent segment zones (18) partially overlap in the circumferential direction so as to form the calibration opening (11). Each segment body (50) is connected to at least one operating device (20) by means of which the individual segment bodies (50) are retained in the housing (12, 14) and can be displaced in a radial direction. In order to be able to produce the segments in a simpler manner, each segment body (50) is made from a single workpiece while the finished contour for the calibration opening (11) is configured on the inside of the segment body (50) or inserts for configuring the contour are accommodated thereupon or therein.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de calibrage destiné au calibrage de profilés continus extrudés, notamment de tuyaux, comprenant une ouverture de calibrage (11) qui est formée par une pluralité de segments (18), ces segments étant disposés de manière circonférentielle et leurs surfaces internes formant ensemble l'ouverture de calibrage (11). Les différents segments (18) comprennent respectivement un corps segment (50). Les corps segments (50) disposés en cercle sont abrités dans un boîtier (12, 14) de telle manière que des zones de segment (18) axialement adjacentes se recouvrent partiellement dans le sens circonférentiel pour former l'ouverture de calibrage (11), et chaque corps de segment (50) est relié au moins à un dispositif d'actionnement (20) qui permet de maintenir les différents corps de segment (50) dans le boîtier (12, 14) et un réglage de chaque corps de segment (50) peut être entrepris dans le sens radial. Pour la production facile des segments, on propose que les corps de segment (50) soient respectivement produits à partir d'une pièce et à l'intérieur du corps de segment (50) et que le contour fini soit formé pour l'ouverture de calibrage (11) ou que des inserts sont logés dessus ou dedans pour la formation du contour.
