A method of adjusting a final signal value measured on a lateral flow assay test strip, by: identifying a pre-deterrained calibration method for the test strip, wherein the pre¬ determined calibration method corresponds to the manufacturing lot from which the 'test strip has been made; measuring signal values while performing a lateral flow assay reaction on a test strip; determining a final signal value; and adjusting the final signal value based upon the identified pre-selected calibration method for the test strip.

L'invention concerne un procédé de réglage d'une valeur de signal finale mesurée sur une bande d'essai de dosage de flux latéral, consistant à identifier un procédé de calibrage prédéterminé pour la bande d'essai, ledit procédé étant appliqué au lot de fabrication à partir duquel la bande d'essai a été obtenue; à mesurer des valeurs de signal tout en exécutant une réaction de dosage de flux latéral sur une bande d'essai; à déterminer une valeur de signal finale; et à régler la valeur de signal finale selon le procédé de calibrage présélectionné identifié pour la bande d'essai.
