The invention relates to a cam slide unit for cut-free forming of a sheet metal workpiece in a press comprising a working disk which can be displaced at a predetermined angle and can support a form and/or a workpiece, arranged between a disk bed and a drive. In order to obtain a continuous angle-adjustable working disk, segment disks disposed in a continuous manner and which can be displaced about a rotational angle are arranged on the disk bed and drive or on a working disk and drive and the respective pair of segment disks arranged on a rotational axis are connected together in a stationary manner along visible boundaries such that corresponding straight guides, especially for the working disks are arranged in said connections.
L'invention concerne un outil de commande à coins servant à former sans découpe une pièce de tôle dans une presse. Cet outil comprend entre un banc à coulisse (2, 2') et un entraîneur (3, 3') un coulisseau de travail (6, 6') porte-moule et/ou porte-outil pouvant être déplacé selon un angle prédéterminé. Selon l'invention, pour que le coulisseau de travail puisse faire l'objet d'un ajustage angulaire continu, des disques segmentés (8, 8' ; 9, 9') sont disposés respectivement de part et d'autre sur le banc à coulisse (2, 2') et l'entraîneur (3, 3') ou sur le coulisseau de travail (6, 6') et l'entraîneur (3, 3') de façon à pouvoir effectuer une rotation angulaire continue. Par ailleurs, les disques segmentés (8, 8' ; 9, 9') disposés respectivement par paire sur un axe de rotation (10, 11) sont reliés solidaires en rotation le long de leurs limites de type corde de telle sorte que des glissières (4, 5) correspondantes puissent être disposées au niveau de ces liaisons, en particulier pour le coulisseau de travail (6, 6').
