Over the years there have been numerous attempts to improve the can lid oftentimes found on aluminum beverage can lids. The aims have traditionally been to reduce costs and improve performance. These aims have been accomplished through a variety of means, such as creating different formations within the can lid to reduce the amount of metal used while maintaining performance levels. Here, step portions are utilized between the annular countersink and the center panel of the can lid that cause a curvature of the center panel or to simply provide an angled inside wall. These formations, thus, reduce the amount of metal used while maintaining quality and yielding the desired performance.
Au cours des ans, on s'est à de nombreuses reprises efforcé d'améliorer le couvercle de boîte que l'on trouve souvent sur des boîtes de boisson en aluminium. L'intérêt était généralement d'en réduire leurs coûts et d'en améliorer l'efficacité. Cet objectif a été réalisé par le biais de divers moyens, notamment par la création de formations différentes dans le couvercle de boîte de façon à réduire la quantité de métal utilisé et, en même temps, à conserver les niveaux d'efficacité. En l'occurrence, des parties étagées sont utilisées entre la fraisure annulaire et le panneau central du couvercle de la boîte, ce qui provoque une courbure du panneau central ou qui fournit simplement une paroi angulaire interne. Ces formations réduisent donc la quantité de métal utilisé tout en conservant la qualité et produisant l'efficacité voulue.
