The present invention elates to a method for the production of an antiangiogenic and/or vascular permeability reducing effect in a warm-blooded animal such as a human which is optionally being treated with ionising radiation, particularly a method for the treatment of a cancer, particularly a cancer involving a solid tumour, which comprises the administration of AZD2171 in combination with ZD1839; to a pharmaceutical composition comprising AZD2171 and ZD1839; to a combination product comprising AZD2171 and ZD1839 for use in a method of treatment of a human or animal body by therapy; to a kit comprising AZD2171 and ZD1839; to the use of AZD2171 and ZD1839 in the manufacture of a medicament for use in the production of an antiangiogenic and/or vascular permeability reducing effect in a warm-blooded animal such as a human which is optionally being treated with ionising radiation.
La présente invention concerne une méthode de production d'un effet de diminution de la perméabilité vasculaire et/ou antiangiogénique chez un animal à sang chaud, tel qu'un être humain traité facultativement avec des rayonnements ionisants. Cette invention a, notamment, pour objet une méthode de traitement d'un cancer, plus spécifiquement, d'un cancer comprenant une tumeur solide, ladite méthode consistant à administrer AZD2171 en combinaison avec ZD1839. Ladite invention a aussi trait à une composition pharmaceutique contenant AZD2171 et ZD1839, à un produit de combinaison renfermant AZD2171 et ZD1839 utilisé dans une méthode de traitement d'un être humain ou d'un animal au moyen d'une thérapie, à un kit contenant AZD2171 et ZD1839, à l'utilisation de AZD2171 et ZD1839 dans l'élaboration d'un médicament utilisé dans la production d'un effet de diminution de la perméabilité vasculaire et/ou antiangiogénique chez un animal à sang chaud, tel qu'un être humain traité facultativement avec des rayonnements ionisants.
