The present invention relates to a method for producing patient cancerous disease modifying antibodies using a novel paradigm of screening. By segregating the anti-cancer antibodies using cancer cell cytotoxicity as an end point, the process makes possible the production of anti-cancer antibodies for therapeutic and diagnostic purposes. The antibodies can be used in aid of staging and diagnosis of a cancer, and can be used to treat primary tumors and tumor metastases. The anti-cancer antibodies can be conjugated to toxins, enzymes, radioactive compounds, and hematogenous cells.
L'invention porte sur une méthode de production d'anticorps modifiant les maladies cancéreuses utilisant un nouveau paradigme de criblage. En séparant les anticorps anticancéreux en utilisant la cytotoxicité des cellules cancéreuses comme point final, le processus rend possible la production d'anticorps anticancéreux à des fins thérapeutiques et diagnostiques. Ces anticorps peuvent être des aides à la stadification et au diagnostic de cancers et servir à traiter les tumeurs primaires et les métastases; ils peuvent être combinés à des toxines, des enzymes, des composés radioactifs et des cellules hématogènes.
