ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides a propeller assembly, particularly designed for attachment to a canoe. The propeller assembly comprises a center crank with sideways extending drive shafts which operate a drive mechanism at each side of the propeller assembly. The drive mechanism extends downwardly from the crank to a propeller member which remains below water during operation of the propeller assembly.
