A chair includes a skeleton frame 1, having a canopy frame 5 disposed on the skeleton frame 1. A canopy clamp device has an anti-skid pad 4, a first clamp seat 2a, a second clamp seat 2b, a pin 8, and a bolt 6. The first clamp seat 2a has a first positioning portion 21a, a first clamping portion 22a having a first oblong hole 23a, and a first pressing portion 24a having a first through hole 25a. The second clamp seat 2b has a second positioning portion 21b, a second clamping portion 22b having a second oblong hole 23b, and a second pressing portion 24b having a second through hole 25b. The first clamping portion 22a of the first clamp seat 2a and the second clamping portion 22b of the second clamp seat 2b clamp the skeleton frame 1. The anti-skid pad 4 is disposed between the first clamping portion 22a of the first clamp seat 2a and the second clamping portion 22b of the second clamp seat 2b. The first positioning portion 21a of the first clamp seat 2a and the second positioning portion 21b of the second clamp seat 2b clamp the canopy frame 5. The pin 8 passes through the first oblong hole 23a of the first clamp seat 2a and the second oblong hole 23b of the second clamp seat 2b. A plurality of screws 3 fasten the first positioning portion 21a of the first clamp seat 2a and the second positioning portion 21b of the second clamp seat 2b together. The bolt 6 passes through the first through hole 25a of the first clamp seat 2a and the second through hole 25b of the second clamp seat 2b.
