ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A cap for a writing instrument which consists of a body having at least one aperture. The tip of a writing instrument is removably secured in the aperture. A cloth covering is mounted to a portion of the body. When the writing instrument is inserted in the aperture the writing instrument provides a handle to permit the cloth covered portion of the body to be used as an eraser.
