The invention concerns a cap (8) for closing a container such as a drink can opened (6) by a breakable seal (5) by means of a pull strip (7) on the lid, the said cap (8) being removably mounted on or around the said pull strip (7) to constitute a movable tab pivoting about the rivet (9) on the lid (4) to be clipped on the peripheral lip (12) crimping the lid (4) on the body (1) of the container. It is characterised in that the clipping means comprise two resilient linking tabs (13, 14) symmetrically arranged in the median horizontal plane P of the cap (8) on either side of the longitudinal axis of symmetry S to form a space (15) in which a lug (16) extends from a horizontal strip (17) holding together the two release tabs (13, 14). The invention also concerns the use of the cap (8) as an advertising vector or an element of a game.
L'invention concerne un étui (8) de rebouchage pour récipient tel que boîte à boisson à ouverture (6) par obturateur frangible (5) grâce à une languette de tirage (7) revêtue sur le couvercle ledit étui (8) qui est monté d'une manière amovible sur ou autour de ladite languette de tirage (7) pour constituer une patte mobile pivotant autour du rivet (9) sur le couvercle (4) pour se clipper autour de l'ourlet périphérique (12) de sertissage du couvercle (4) sur le corps (1) du récipient est caractérisé en ce que des moyens de clippage comportant deux pattes de liaison élastique (13, 14) disposées dans le plan horizontal médian P de l'étui (8) symétriquement de part et d'autre de l'axe de symétrie longitudinale S pour former un espace (15) dans lequel s'étend un ergot (16), issu d'une barrette horizontale (17) réunissant les extrémités libres de démoulage des deux pattes (13, 14). L'invention concerne aussi l'application de l'étui (8) comme vecteur de communication ou élément de jeu.
