A single element hinge device which serues as the connective between a single column support and a table top assembly. Secured in the upright position, the present invention provides a rigid mounting for a table top assembly which may be released and tilted to a more vertical position. Stamped from a sheet of metal, this invention may be comprised of four adjoining rectangular plates including a top side, a front side, and an underside made up of two rectangular plates disposed at near right angles to one another, and contained between two tabs extending down at ninety degrees from either side of the top plate, each having the means for mounting the body on an axle.
La présente invention a pour objet une ferrure de montage sur pivot, laquelle assure l'assemblage mécanique d'un dessus de table monté sur un support vertical unique. Lorsque fixée en place, la ferrure visée par les présentes fait office de support rigide permettant le montage d'un dessus de table pouvant basculer d'une position horizontale à une position verticale. Fabriquée à partir d'une tôle d'acier estampée, la ferrure en question peut également être constituée de quatre tôles rectangulaires contiguës formant une face supérieure, une face avant et un dessous formé de deux plaques rectangulaires disposées selon un angle presque droit l'une par rapport à l'autre, et bordées par deux pattes latérales en saillie vers le bas, et formant un angle de 90 degrés par rapport à la face supérieure, chacune étant configurée de manière à permettre le montage de la ferrure sur un axe de pivotement.
