An electronic circuit for a capacitive flash analog to digital converter for converting the ratio of first and second analog signals into a digital code representation using an array of parallel capacitive comparator branches. Each branch computing one bit of the digital code simultaneously according to its array index. The first analog signal is applied as a voltage difference between first signal nodes comprising a first positive signal node and a first negative signal node. The second analog signal is applied as a voltage difference between second signal nodes comprising a second positive signal node and a second negative signal node.
L'invention concerne un circuit électronique destiné à un convertisseur analogique-numérique parallèle capacitif permettant de convertir le rapport du premier et du second signaux analogiques en une représentation de code numérique au moyen d'un réseau de branches de comparaison capacitives parallèles. Chacune de ces branches calcule un bit du code simultanément en fonction de son indice de réseau. Le premier signal numérique est appliqué comme une différence de tension entre une première série de noeuds comprenant un premier noeud de signal positif et un premier noeud de signal négatif. Le second signal analogique est appliqué comme une différence de tension entre une seconde série de noeuds comprenant un second noeud de signal positif et un second noeud de signal négatif.
