CAPACITOR ASSEMBLY Abstract of the Disclosure A wound and flattened foil capacitor section with at least one electrode tab connected to each foil electrode is enclosed in a case having an insulating cover and an insulating base. The electrode tabs are welded to side portions of conductive members which are secured to the base by means which extend through the members and the base.
