Accurate harmonic measurements on electrical power systems where the main instrument transformers are of the capacitor coupled voltage type (CVT type) is made possible by the provision of one or more current sensors (PQCS1, PQCS2). CVTs typically have a high voltage capacitor bank (CH) and a low voltage capacitor bank (CL). One or more current sensors (PQCS1, PQCS2) is/are positioned so as to measure capacitor current and from that the input voltage (Vin) of the CVT can be determined for each frequency.

L'invention concerne des mesures harmoniques précises réalisées sur des systèmes d'alimentation en énergie électrique dans lesquels les transformateurs de l'instrument principal sont du type couplage tension-condensation (type CVT). Ces mesures sont possibles grâce à la présence d'un ou de plusieurs capteur(s) de courant (PQCS1 et PQCS2). Les CVT possèdent généralement une banque de condensation haute tension (C¿H?) et une banque de condensation faible tension (C¿L?). Un ou plusieurs capteur(s) de courant (PQCS1 et PQCS2 est/sont placé(s) de manière à mesurer le courant du condensateur et à partir de cette mesure, on peut déterminer la tension d'entrée (V¿in?) du CVT pour chaque fréquence.
