The invention concerns a method for determining the concentration of a constituent in an assay system within a capillary tube from which light is emitted, the light being proportional to the amount of the constituent to be assayed. The light from the system is detected and quantified, and the detection takes place from substantially the longitudinal direction of the capillary tube.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de déterminer la concentration d'un constituant dans un système de dosage placé dans un tube capillaire. La lumière émise par ce système de dosage est proportionnelle à la quantité du constituant à doser. La lumière émanant du système est détectée et quantifiée et la détection est effectuée sensiblement à partir de la direction longitudinale du tube capillaire.
