This invention refers to a device for performing capillary massages so as to favour the growth of hair and avoid its falling out. This is achieved by improving the flow of blood through the scalp. More specifically this involves a massage helmet on the inside of which there are numerous protuberances or knobs resting upon the scalp. The helmet is fastened to the user's armpits by means of a harness.
