The invention concerns an ampule forming a receptacle for a liquid substance, made of a brittle rigid thermofusible material, comprising a body (3) having, at one of its ends, a filling tip (1) by suction of the liquid substance. The invention is characterized in that the end opposite said tip (1) forms an opening (2) for emptying the receptacle, sealed and removable closing means (4) being mounted on the opening.
