The invention concerns a composition useful for making a sealing envelope, and a method for making a sealing envelope, and a reservoir. The inventive composition comprises in wt. % based on the total weight of the composition: 70 to 90 % of a monomer (I); 0.1 to 1 % of an activator (II), wherein R is selected from the group consisting of CnH2n+2, n being an integer selected from 1 to 10; -OH; -OCnH2n+2, n being an integer selected from 1 to 10, or an amine function; 2 to 6 % of a catalyst (III), wherein X is selected from the group comprising MgBr, MgI, Li and Na; and 10 to 20 % of an additive (IV), with (I) (II) (III) (IV). Said composition is useful, for example, for making fluid-impermeable elements, for example sealing envelopes, for example useful in the manufacture of type IV reservoirs or hydraulic accumulators.
La présente invention se rapporte à une composition utilisable pour fabriquer une enveloppe d'étanchéité, à un procédé de fabrication d'une enveloppe d'étanchéité, et à un réservoir. La composition de l'invention comprend en % en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition : de 70 à 90% d'un monomère (I) ; de 0,1 à 1% d'un activateur (II), dans laquelle R est choisi dans le groupe comprenant CnH2n+2, n étant un nombre entier choisi de 1 à 10 ; -OH ; -OCnH2n+2, n étant un nombre entier choisi de 1 à 10 ; et -NHR' où R' est soit CnH2n+2, n étant un nombre entier choisi de 1 à 10 , soit une fonction amine ; de 2 à 6% d'un catalyseur (III), dans laquelle X est choisi dans le groupe comprenant MgBr, MgI, Li et Na ; et de 10 à 20% d'un additif (IV), avec : (I) (II) (III) (IV). Cette composition est utilisable par exemple pour fabriquer des éléments d'étanchéité aux fluides, par exemple des enveloppes d'étanchéité, par exemple utilisables dans la fabrication de réservoirs de type IV ou d'accumulateurs hydrauliques.
