Method for preparing a beverage, from a capsule (1) containing a substance, re-ceived in a beverage production device compris-ing: feeding water by an injection needle (90) while creating liquid tightness between the cen-tral inlet portion (8) and the surface of the needle and dispensing the beverage from the capsule by centrifugation through outlets in the peripheral outlet portion (9), wherein the capsule is config-ured in the central inlet portion to provide liquid tightness between the liquid inlet and the surface of the needle to prevent liquid from leaking out-side of the capsule and wherein the capsule is configured to allow centrifuged liquid to pass through the outlets in the peripheral outlet portion (9).

L'invention porte sur un procédé de préparation d'une boisson, à l'aide d'une capsule (1) contenant une substance, reçue dans un dispositif de production de boisson, lequel procédé comprend : l'alimentation en eau par une aiguille d'injection (90) tout en créant une étanchéité aux liquides entre la partie centrale d'entrée (8) et la surface de l'aiguille ainsi que la distribution de la boisson à partir de la capsule par centrifugation à travers des sorties dans la partie périphérique de sortie (9), la capsule étant conçue dans la partie centrale d'entrée de façon à assurer une étanchéité aux liquides entre l'entrée de liquide et la surface de l'aiguille afin d'empêcher le liquide de fuir à l'extérieur de la capsule, et la capsule étant conçue de façon à permettre à un liquide centrifugé de traverser les sorties dans la partie périphérique de sortie (9).
