The present invention refers to capsules encapsulating solid particles of signal-generating organic substances and carrying on the outer surface affinity molecules for secific recognition of and binding to target molecules in a sample. The invention is directed to teh use of these capsules for signal production in the optical, electrochemical or chemical detection of target molecules. To obtain a signal the signal-generating organic substances are released and dissolved. A detection method and a kit are provided.

L'invention concerne des capsules renfermant des particules solides de substances organiques fournissant un signal et portant sur la surface extérieure des molécules d'affinité destinées à reconnaître spécifiquement et se lier à des molécules cibles dans un échantillon. L'invention concerne l'utilisation de ces capsules pour la production de signal dans la détection optique, électrochimique ou chimique de molécules cibles. Afin d'obtenir un signal, les substances organiques fournissant un signal sont libérées et dissoutes. L'invention concerne aussi un procédé et un nécessaire.
