The invention concerns an assembly comprising a flying balloon (100) and a tower (200). The balloon is captive and mobile in the tower. The captive balloon can ascend and descend along the tower with a limited wind intake or counterbalanced by the retention forces exerted by the tower, and can be flown up regardless of weather conditions without requiring a considerable and cumbersome stabilizing device. Such a balloon may be used as advertising sign and/or as an attraction.
Un ensemble comprend un ballon ascensionnel (100) et une tour (200). Le ballon est captif et mobile dans la tour. Le ballon captif peut monter et redescendre le long de la tour avec une prise au vent limitée ou contrebalancé par les efforts de retenu exercés par la tour, et peut être mis en ascension indépendamment des conditions météorologiques sans nécessiter un important et encombrant dispositif de stabilisation. Un tel ballon peut être utilisé comme enseigne publicitaire et/ou comme attraction.
