A light-weight, moisture-resistant, easy foldup, easy-on cover that, for cars, is in two sections over the roof. Stretch cords on sides, front and back from ringed holes centered at bottoms in both sections enable holding covers down in windy, snowy conditions. The cords are secured to underside of cars. The two sections can be fastened in seconds on the roof and on each side with Velcro or magnet tabs, or as desired. For pickups, one front part would suffice, adding a long fold/flap over back window, and having a longer card from ringed hole there at bottom of the extended cover piece, to enable fastening to rear of such vehicle. Other adaptations, whether a van or other as needed, for example, placement of ringed holes for stretch cords can be also on the s i des(than in the middle), and cord lengths varying. There are options as to type of vehicle size, small to large. For a motorcycle it would be a one-piece, combined small cover, and ringed holes for short cord. It can be used for commercial vehicles by altering width, and center several sections added, as would be needed for roof cover; that one driver could do with a short free-stand ladder, each part being, lightweight, then easily stacked folded, underneath inside a large bus-type vehicle.
