Novel carbamate derivatives which are useful as drugs because of inhibiting activated blood coagulation factor X and thus exerting an anticoagulant effect. Compounds represented by the following general formula (1) or salts thereof: (1) wherein R1 represents an optionally substituted group represented by the following general formula (2), etc.: (2) (wherein Y1 represents CH=CH, etc.); the ring A represents an oxo-substituted nitrogen-containing heterocycle optionally further substituted; R2 represents hydrogen, optionally substituted C1-4 alkyl, etc.; R3 represents optionally substituted C1-4 alkyl, etc.; and Z represents an optionally substituted nitrogen containing heterocyclic group, etc.

L'invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés de carbamate utiles en tant que médicaments grâce au facteur de coagulation du sang activé inhibant X, lequel exerce un effet anticoagulant. L'invention concerne des composés représentés par la formule générale (1) ou des sels de ces composés.
