The present invention relates to a carbohydrate-based peritoneal dialysis fluid, containing a compound selected from the group consisting of glutamine, preferably L-glutamine, a dipeptide capable of releasing glutamine, L-glutamine in free form, preferably selected from the group consisting of glutaminyl-glycine, glycinyl-glutamine, glutaminyl-alanine, alanyl-glutamine an oligopeptide consisting of two to seven glutamine, preferably L-glutamine residues, and mixtures thereof. The peritoneal dialysis fluids of the present invention are useful for inhibition of technical failure in a person undergoing peritoneal dialysis treatment.
La présente invention concerne un fluide de dialyse péritonéale à base d'hydrate de carbone, comprenant un composé sélectionné dans le groupe constitué de la glutamine, de préférence la L-glutamine, d'un dipeptide capable de diffuser la glutamine, la L-glutamine sous sa forme libre, sélectionnée de préférence dans le groupe constitué de glutaminyl-glycine, glycinyl-glutamine, glutaminyl-alanine, alanyl-glutamine, et d'un oligopeptide constitué de deux à sept glutamines, de préférence des résidus de L-glutamine et de leurs mélanges. Les fluides de dialyse péritonéale de la présente invention sont utiles pour l'inhibition d'échec technique chez un patient sous traitement par dialyse péritonéale.
