To obtain a carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite material exhibiting excellent thermal conductivity in every direction in the plane containing the X and Y axes. A carbon fiber-carbon composite formed body in which a number of sheet-like dispersions containing pitch-based carbon fibers dispersed therein randomly in the plane containing the X and Y axes are laminated into a carbon fiber laminate, and pyrolytic carbon is deposited on the surfaces of the carbon fibers of the carbon fiber laminate to coat around the carbon fibers, whereby the carbon fiber laminate is filled with the pyrolytic carbon, and a carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite material obtained using the carbon fiber-carbon composite formed body.
La présente invention concerne des matériaux composites de carbone renforcés par des fibres de carbone, présentant une conductivité thermique excellente dans toutes les directions planaires sur les axes des X et des Y. L'invention propose un corps moulé de composite de carbone à base de fibres de carbone et un matériau composite du carbone renforcé par des fibres de carbone obtenu à partir de celui-ci, du carbone thermolytique étant déposé sur la surface de fibres de carbone d'un stratifié de fibres de carbone qui est stratifié avec une dispersion formée en feuille, les fibres de carbone de brai ayant été dispersées de façon aléatoire dans les directions planaires sur les axes des X et des Y pour couvrir la périphérie autour desdites fibres de carbone, ce qui permet de remplir le stratifié de fibres de carbone susmentionné avec le carbone thermolytique.
