CARBONATED CLEANING SOLUTION ABSTRACT An aqueous cleaning composition containing 0.1-5 percent of a detergent which may be nonionic or anionic, 0-1 percent of one or more alkaline builder salts and 0-5 percent of a volatile organic solvent wherein the cleaning solution is carbonated with carbon dioxide and maintained at a pressure of from about 1 to 10 atmospheres.
