The invention relates to a compound having general formula (III), (see formula III) in which R2 represents a group of general formula CHR3CONHR4 in which R3 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group and R4 represents a hydrogen atom or a (C1-C3)alkyl, (C3-C5) cycloalkyl or (pyridin-4-yl)methyl group; and U represents a hydrogen atom or a nitro group. The compound of the invention is used in the preparation of 1,3-dioxan-2-ylalkylcarbamate derivatives. Such compounds can be used in therapeutics.
