CARBOXYLATED NITRILE RUBBER VULCANIZATION Abstract of the Disclosure A process is provided for the preparation of vulcanizates of carboxylated butadiene-acrylonitrile polymers having improved dynamic properties in which the vulcanizable mixture contains a lead compound selected from red lead oxide and white lead silicate. The vulcanizates prepared by the process of the present invention are suitable for use in roll covers, solid tires, belting and mechanical goods.
