IMPROVEMENTS IN OR RELATING TO CARBURATION SYSTEMS FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINES Abstract of the Disclosure A device is disclosed which governs, controls or cuts off the supply of fuel ox fuel/air mixture to an internal combustion engine when the engine is operating at or above a preset idling speed and while a throttle of the engine is not operated. The device comprises a valve or cut off situated substantially adjacent to or in a carburation system which supplies fuel or fuel/air mixture to an engine, the valve or cut off being operated to close off the supply of fuel to the engine when the throttle of the engine is inoperative and while the engine speed is greater than its preset idling speed, the valve or cut off being opened when the engine speed again reaches its preset idling speed.
